Im having the same issue, changed password and emailed support. So far i got to watch ten minutes.
I having the same issues changed password and still saying sight in to to many device and i am sighed in to one can someone help me please
Same issue here, completely missing today’s action, I understand there may be teething issues but this is very disappointing.
Yer I have logged in on phone that all I done changed my password 3 time tried email and still not able to watch really wanted to watch this as well and now I got nothing

Contact support, they sorted it for me yesterday. Go to the menu > help > contact us
I'm having the exact same issue you've all described!
Too many devices, so i've logged out of all (pc/chromecast), reset password, reset cache, restarted devices. emailed help twice - no response (still waiting and its over an hour), messaged BDCInsder on fb and they're trying to see what they can do at their end... but still nothing.
FRUSTRATING as i've paid to watch live action and now can't because of some background crap and lack of support from vimeo.. None of which i should have to care about - very poor.
Having the same issue again myself.
They need to add a button so we can force log out all sessions, I am 100% not signed in on any other devices however it won’t let me sign in and watch live. I can only put this down to using Private mode in Safari on my mobile and it holding onto sessions after I’ve left the website.

Just trying to go through some of the feedback, there are some obvious issues we will be addressing. This multiple login issue is one of them. We are confident we have a huge improvement on this so it will only occur when genuinely logged into too many devises.
We have requested the force log out style button but not sure when that can be added so bare with us here.
The main thing to remember is (and its not perfect yet) but we pay a good chunk of money for platform support so if anything isn't right then message the 'help' section on here. If they don't reply message them again.
If you don't feel the support you are getting is good enough then let us know by messaging the BDC facebook page. We can't actually do much at the event to fix your issue but if we don't know about the issues we can't improve/fix them going forward so don't be shy of sending us a private message
Any other feedback don't be shy of telling us as well
