Make sure the device you are wanting to use to watch is supported by the platform.
If you have any issues use the above linked 'frequently asked questions' as there are some pretty dummy proof guides on things in there.
If you can't find the answer then don't be shy of sending a message using the 'contact support'.
We can't actually help you directly it needs to be done via the support function especially during an event so the quickest fix is to use the support function.
What I will ask though is if the support function doesn't get you sorted in a reasonable time frame (usually 10 minutes upto a couple of hours depending on time/day/queue) then let us know so we can investigate after the event.
We find that sometimes there is a bad representation of the platform especially on social media sometimes due to when we go live a huge percentage are happily watching the content but the few with issues obviously shout about it. Most of the issues are due to trying to watch on an un supported device or lack of internet making the stream 'buffer'.
Due to Covid we had to cram 12 months of testing and building into just a few weeks which was tough our end but it's now getting towards a point we are happy with! We want to make this a great experience and easy to use for you awesome subscribers, thanks again for supporting us!!
